Dosage- 1g per 100 gallons application- Dissolve the Powder: Methylene blue powder dissolves relatively easily in water. 

Aeration:  Maintain strong aeration, as methylene blue can reduce dissolved oxygen levels. Treatment Duration: Leave the methylene blue in the tank for 24–48 hours. A partial water change (10–20%) can be performed afterward to remove residual chemical, though it degrades over time.
