Refund Policy

At Krazy Koi Meds, all products are made, handled, and shipped with care. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict policy:

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, lost, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Include your order number

Approved claims will be resolved by:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Store credit (at our discretion)

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. However:

  • If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will replace it
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout are the customer’s responsibility

Product Use Disclaimer

All products are intended for proper use as directed. We are not responsible for:

  • Misuse or improper application
  • Results due to water quality, environment, or existing fish health conditions

Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

Unjustified chargebacks will be disputed with:

  • Proof of delivery
  • Order confirmation
  • This policy agreement

Accounts that abuse chargebacks may be restricted from future purchases.
