Critter Quitter – Broad-Spectrum Fish Treatment

Critter Quitter is a premium, broad-spectrum treatment designed to keep koi and ornamental pond fish thriving by targeting a wide range of common aquatic diseases. Its synergistic blend of high-quality active ingredients is engineered to attack parasites and fungal infections while remaining gentle on fish and the pond environment.

Unlike harsh, old-school treatments, Critter Quitter uses an advanced, less-toxic formula that delivers strong results with reduced stress. It is effective in water temperatures as low as 50°F, making it suitable for early spring, late fall, and everything in between.

What Critter Quitter Treats

Critter Quitter is formulated to address both parasitic and fungal infections commonly seen in pond fish, including:

Ichthyophthirius (Ich, white spot disease)

Costia

Trichodina

Chilodonella

Oodinium (velvet)

Fungal growths on skin, fins, and gills

These issues cause flashing, excess slime, visible spots or fuzz, clamped fins, and general decline. Critter Quitter provides broad-spectrum coverage so you can tackle multiple problems with one treatment.

What is the correct dosing rate?
Use 3.5 fl oz per 1,000 gallons of pond water. Always base your dose on an accurate pond volume calculation.

How often can I repeat the treatment?
The treatment may be repeated every 12-24 hours. Do not rush dosing; observe fish carefully before repeating.
