My koi love the premium koi food. It's the perfect size for my larger koi (12-14"), and for the smaller ones, I simply wait a minute, break it up until it's softened, and they feast on the bits. That way I can monitor their eating as well. Plus, it helps with hand feeding the young ones and getting them used to my hands.
It hasn't clouded the water, they eat every piece, and I'm very satisfied I'm feeding them quality ingredients with no fillers.
The cost might seem high at first glance, but for the ingredients, and quality, price per pound is quite competitive.
